In multi-family residential projects, adhering to construction budget and schedule are paramount. SERIT was responsible for fire sprinkler design through to installation in a multi-family residence in North Edmonton. Complete with 350 units, underground parking, recreation rooms and lobby, we worked alongside trades and construction partners to meet the needs of a tight construction schedule, installing 5200 fire sprinkler heads across 450,000 square feet.
